How does shipping & delivery work?
We ship all orders from our fulfillment center within 1–2 business days. You’ll receive an email with tracking details as soon as your order is on its way.
When will I receive my order?
Delivery time varies by location. Most orders arrive within 3–7 business days (USA, UK, CA & AUS).
You’ll get real-time tracking updates once your order ships.
My order hasn’t arrived—what should I do?

Can I update my shipping address after placing an order?
Yes—if your order hasn’t shipped yet, we can update your address. Please contact us as soon as possible.
Do you offer international shipping?
We currently offer shipping to the US, UK, Canada & Australia.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 60 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging. For hygiene reasons, used beauty tools cannot be returned unless faulty.
How do I start a return or exchange?

Can I get a refund if I’m not happy?
Yes—we stand by our products. If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right. Refunds are processed to your original payment method once the return is received.
Do I cover the return shipping costs?
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is damaged or incorrect.
How long does it take to process a return or exchange?
Once we receive your return, please allow 3–5 business days for processing. Refunds may take up to 7 business days to reflect on your statement.
