Processing Times
Orders are processed Monday to Friday. Please allow up to 2 business days for your order to be packed and shipped.

Pre-Order Items
If your order contains a pre-order item, it will ship on the estimated date listed on the product page. You’ll receive a separate tracking email when it ships.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to update.
Shipping Address Changes
We’re unable to change the shipping address or method after your order has been shipped. Please double-check your information at checkout.
